Susan Chance joined ASE in December 2016 as the Manager of Pre-Employment Services. She has over 25 years of administration and management experience.  

Prior to joining ASE, Susan worked at a staffing company where she was responsible for ISO, client, and internal audits. She provided administration and troubleshooting on the background verification and drug screen accounts and report processing. She also managed onboarding and created/maintained processes, procedures, and forms.
